La Boheme

The immortal work of Giacomo Puccini, La Bohème, narrates the loves and struggles for survival of four young artists in an emotional manner. This story, which begins in an attic in Paris, is shaped by the birth of love between the poet Rodolfo and his neighbor Mimi. However, hardships such as poverty, illness, and jealousy gradually wear down this love.

The relationships of secondary characters like Marcello and Musetta add both joy and depth to the work. Mimi’s illness and her farewell at the end form the emotional climax of La Bohème.

This piece, one of the most poignant works of Romantic period operas, was staged under the baton of conductor İbrahim Yazıcı.
