About the Workshop

The Choir Conducting Workshop, organized under the Association of Artists and Art Enthusiasts (SANSEV), is an academic discipline-oriented training program that addresses choir management techniques in both theoretical and practical dimensions. The workshop aims to enhance participants' competencies in key areas such as baton techniques, choral vocal pedagogy, and score analysis.

This two-day intensive program, which will take place in Istanbul, offers an open platform for professionals interested in choir conducting and candidates who wish to advance in this field. Conducted under the leadership of orchestra and choir conductor İbrahim Yazıcı, the workshops are carried out interactively. By the end of the program, it is targeted to contribute to the participants' abilities to manage choir dynamics and interpret musical text.
